In my manual it says to drain the fuel by running the engine until it dies prior to changing the oil. I bought this from my neighbor who is moving so I could keep the snowblower on the block (he always took care of us). Anyhow, is draining the fuel necessary? I’ve never done anything like this before so I’m just new to all of this. It is a craftsman 26” model no 247.886941. He’s had the snow thrower for 8 years but did tell me he’s never changed the oil. I’m not too worried about it but I’m wondering if I should have the blower looked at by a professional the first time out.

Thanks for this video. My Toro 21464 was stalling when personal pace was engaged. After going through the carb and checking the auto choke it turned out the personal pace cable needed to be tightened. The mower is only two years old.

When filling my jet skis on a dual pump I put 2 gallon in my truck, then fill up the skis. Then I’ll top off my truck on another transaction on 87. I ain’t leaving any 90 for the next guy that’s all mine 😂

7-Eleven pump #4 in Oxnard California off of Gonzalez road and Lombard street you can fill up your tank with about $5 bucks because the seals are worn out of the nozzle gun and therefore when you are pumping the gas it will stop the meter but still gasoline is pouring out. Just to let everyone know and also in Oxnard California off of vineyard and Oxnard Blvd the chevron gas station pump #8 has issues with when you squeeze the lever fast the meter never starts but gasoline still pouring out that gasoline station is one of the slowest when pumping gas into your tank but for free gasoline shit I will take my time and while I’m at it take some other 10 gallon empty containers to fill up

Will you do a review on the Dr 30 inch mower. I know a lot of people have said a mix of things saying it's a piece of junk. Some people are like it's amazing. Would really love to have it reviewed and know if it's better than the Toro Time Master or not. Please do that. Thank you thank you thank you!

JB should I use the product now or later when it's cool and then plan seed there after? Going to be left with a lot of bare spots if I spray now.

I just checked my batteries. On the side of the batteries is a manufacturer date. One battery was dated Mar 2015. It died May 2015. The other battery was dated Dec 2015. It is still working at the typing of this comment! I wanted to post pics of the batteries. The Dec 2015 battery still flashing a green light for good to go!!!! Fact!

I respect your video very informative. I have owned Ego Chainsaw, hedger, weed trimmer since 2015. Had only two batteries between them. I have a 1.5 acre lot with lots of large trees surrounding my home. These tools got put to the test! The batteries died during the month of May 2024. I bought some barely used batteries of ebay and continue to use my tools. The reliability of my Ego tools is why I just bought a power 615cfm blower with a 2.5 battery. I now have four 2.5 amp batteries to run my tools! For me, Ego tools have been worth it!!!

I have just ordered this model. My Craftsman slash Husqvarna slash Poulan mower at eight years old, decided to break the grass catcher door. Can I get a replacement? No, why? The manufacturer discontinued the door, and there is not one available in North America. So much for customer service. Thanks for reviewing this unit. Great video.

you can get the same thing by mixing graphite powder and linseed oil. It's what they use on the outside of a smoke box of a steam locomotive. I've applied gallons of this stuff, all hand mixed.

First thing I replaced on my 2023 Tacoma was all four speakers with Kenwood speakers and Kicker tweeters. The speakers are total garbage got them from Crutchfield it serves me right I might as well got them from Walmart because both places sell manufactured rejects, the Kicker tweeters I bought from a radio shop.

On my farm we would put winter rye in our manure spreader and our giant pto driven seed spreader . Imagine 1800 acres of bright green winter rye . It was beautiful . The cows and horses liked it too

I would have to adjust to lawn care up there . Are lawns don’t go dormant in Florida at all they slow down but rarely brown but maybe every 20 to 30 years from a rare hard freeze .

I apply the gas cap lightly when in storage to help evaporate any residual fluid .

I had a polyurea finish applied to my garage floors by a company called liquid floors . It has some flex of various colors thrown on it with a clear coat on top . I sweep and mop and it’s clean enough to eat off of 😂.

I c u using a baking pan a lot when draining fluids . Does that help keep things from sticking to the pan when baking

I used a silicone spray inside my boat & jet ski engine compartments . It worked well on my outboard motors too. Motorcycles a menagerie of things.. 👍

The problem is the 2 stroke oil manufacturers and gas can manufacturers didn't talk with each other. You have to measure and now you're left with 1/3 of a bottle of oil, or sometimes you have a 7 gallon can and now you're sitting there doing math for half an hour just to figure out how much oil you pour into the can.
